We have the following new workshops:
Student Research During Covid-19 (October 31, 2020 @ 11AM -12PM PST)
Led by Chinmayi Balusu, students will be given an in-depth discussion about student research during Covid-19. Below are some topics which the host will explore:
How to determine if a research project is something you’re interested in exploring
Figuring out the topic of your research project
Breaking down more details about research
What to look for in research opportunities
Determining if mentorship would be helpful to your work / exploring different programs
Locating a mentor (if applicable)
How to be successful
Sharing the outcomes of your research (e.g. science fairs, publications)

College Essays (November 9, 2020 @ 3PM PST)
Dyllen Nellis, undergraduate student at Stanford, will lead a workshop covering the do's and don't's of writing college essays. Dyllen is a college consultant and content creator for helping students with the college admissions process.
